Christianity cannot be reduced to a philosophy, a religion, a moral system, an ideology, a political party or system, or any other ‘ism’ or ‘ology’ Christianity has to do with the destruction of death, the resurrection of the dead, and the re-creation of creation to make it capable of receiving the whole fullness of God.

The Kingdom of God is expressed in various images: It is the Heavenly Jerusalem, the City of God, Paradise, a Banquet Feast, a Bridal Chamber, Heaven, the New Creation (Or: “re-creation of creation).
